Chef Joezelito “Zel” Noveno is a dedicated and versatile culinary professional with more than a decade of experience spanning Mediterranean, Italian, American, and fusion cuisines. He has served as Head Chef at The Land Smokehouse and Valley View Café in Oman, where he managed full kitchen operations, developed menus, and led staff training. As owner of Makimoto, he brought his expertise in Japanese maki and Italian pasta to the local market, while also showcasing his background in artisan breadmaking as a Pastry Chef at JoeBaker Custom Breads. Holding a Grand Diploma in Culinary, Baking & Pastry Arts from the Global Culinary and Hospitality Academy, and a business degree from De La Salle University, Chef Zel combines creativity with strong leadership and business acumen.
