Chef Sherlyn's culinary journey began long before culinary school. At just four years old, she was already confidently using a knife, and by nine, she was teaching herself to cook by watching Food Network and experimenting in the kitchen. Despite many early failures, her passion for cooking only grew stronger.
Although financial circumstances led her to build a successful career in real estate for over a decade, she never gave up on her dream of becoming a chef. During those years, she continued cooking for family gatherings, team events, and large groups of 40–60 people, managing everything from menu planning and grocery shopping to meal preparation. Eventually, she fulfilled her lifelong goal by earning a Diploma in Culinary Arts from Apicius Culinary Arts, graduating as a Gold Medalist and achieving the highest average in her batch.
Chef Sherlyn completed her culinary internships at Dusit Hotel and Holiday Inn and has also cooked for private families in Australia while balancing professional commitments abroad. Her background in hospitality, customer service, and leadership allows her to create meals that are not only delicious but also thoughtfully planned and tailored to each client's preferences. Today, she continues to grow as a chef, bringing warmth, dedication, and genuine care to every meal she prepares.
