Nel Ibañez

Chef Nel Ibañez brings more than two decades of professional culinary experience, having worked across Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, and international restaurant kitchens. Over the years, he has progressed from cook to Head Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, and Operations Supervisor, giving him extensive hands-on experience both in the kitchen and in leading restaurant operations.

His cooking is especially rooted in Chinese and Asian cuisine, with specialties ranging from steamed fish, seafood hotpot, salted egg prawns, and crispy soy chicken to beef, vegetable, and wok-style dishes. He also prepares Filipino favorites such as Beef Morcon and comforting home-style meals. Most recently working as a personal chef, Chef Maynele brings his years of restaurant experience directly into the home—making him a great fit for families looking for flavorful, professionally prepared everyday meals.
