Chef Raphael Fitzhugh Dela Cruz is a Diploma holder in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Arts International with hands-on experience in luxury hotel, restaurant, and banquet kitchens. He completed his training at Conrad Hotel Manila, where he handled mise en place, portion control, and à la carte preparation across multiple outlets, and later worked in buffet and high-volume kitchen operations managing both hot and cold stations. Fitzhugh also served as an Assistant Chef Instructor, teaching knife skills, food safety, HACCP standards, and core culinary techniques. He brings strong discipline, sanitation standards, and consistent execution to every kitchen he works in.
