Byron De Lemos

Chef Byron de Lemos is a versatile culinary professional with experience across restaurants, culinary schools, and hospitality management. Currently serving as Culinary Director and General Manager of The Culinary Arts International in Makati, he has also worked as Head Chef and Proprietor of Brie and Rocket Restaurant and as a Chef Instructor at the American Hospitality Academy. His expertise spans Filipino, international, and modern fusion cuisines, supported by formal training at I.H.M.E.S. International Hotel School and Southville Foreign University. Chef Byron is highly skilled in operations management, culinary education, and menu development—qualities that make him both a leader in the kitchen and a mentor to aspiring chefs.
