Chef Alyssa Honrado is a professionally trained cook and pastry chef with over 6 years of experience working in high-volume kitchens in Singapore and the Philippines. A graduate of Enderun Colleges’ Pastry Arts program, she has hands-on experience as a chocolatier, commis chef, and kitchen team lead—bringing strong fundamentals in from-scratch cooking, plating, food safety, and kitchen organization. As The PHat Chef’s kids’ cooking class teacher, Chef Alyssa is especially loved for her calm, encouraging approach and her ability to break down cooking techniques into fun, age-appropriate lessons that help children build confidence, creativity, and a genuine love for food.
