Alvin Maerina

Chef Alvin Maerina brings over seven years of professional kitchen experience from some of the Philippines' most recognized restaurant brands, including Italianni's, Denny's, Pancake House, and French Baker. Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple stations—including grill, pizza, fry, pantry, and hot line—developing the versatility and consistency needed in high-volume kitchens.

With formal education in Hotel and Restaurant Management, NC II certification in Food and Beverage Services, and banquet experience at The Bayleaf Cavite, Chef Alvin understands both restaurant execution and guest service. He is passionate about preparing hearty Western comfort food, grilled specialties, pizzas, burgers, pasta, and family-style meals while maintaining high standards of food safety and consistency.
